The villa offers a lot of privacy, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a very well-equipped kitchen

The villa is located in the secure Villapark Marbella Estate near Jan Thiel. It is peaceful, beautifully landscaped, child-friendly, and spacious. Additionally, there is a beautiful large communal pool within the park.

Marbella Estate borders the Jan Thiel Lagoon, with its salt pans and flamingos.

Supermarket, beach, restaurants, and charming shops can be found just five minutes away from the park. It’s the perfect location to explore the beautiful island and to enjoy sun, sea, beach, delicious food, and the laid-back Caribbean atmosphere!
